Dr. Ana M. Sierra de Aragon is the owner and medical director of Universal Healing and Wellness. Born and raised in Tamaulipas, Mexico. She is board certified in internal medicine and was previously in pediatrics. She never stops seeking education and in 2018 added technology of biophysics to her clinics when she learned it’s power to reduce inflammation, increase circulation and heal many types of pain. Her focus and mission is helping her patients have more energy, less pain, feel stronger, live longer, think better and look better. As an internal medicine specialist, Dr. Sierra de Aragon focuses on the internal organs and systems of the body. She and her experienced team strive to make biophysics technology the new standard of wellness care because of its life-changing potential to help you feel better, look better, move better, think better, and live your best life.
As an internist and family doctor, Dr. Sierra de Aragon is equipped to treat a broad spectrum of illnesses in adults and adolescents. Dr. Sierra de Aragon lives in Mesa, AZ with her husband, while taking care of her 90-year-old mother, She has three adult children and one old German Shepard. In her free time, she enjoys reading and watching romantic movies, as well as traveling the world or visiting family. Her patients, friends, and family call her an angel, for her ability to help others heal and feel cared for.
