What it is:

  • This plan is for those who want the ultimate combo to tone muscles, trim stubborn fat and tighten the skin through a body transformation.
  • The muscles get HIFEM (High-Intensity-Focused-Electromagnetic) energy technology to create powerful muscle contractions, up to 30,000 times per sessions. This type of muscle contraction does something that no other workout can do—inducing “supramaximal” muscle contractions, which cause NEW MUSCLE CELL GROWTH. Our Recommendation:

  • The ultrasound and radiofrequency treatments are recommended to be done back-to-back, done at weekly or bi-weekly intervals, for a total of 8 to 12 sessions per body area depending on how close you are to your goal.
